1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on betrupeez.com.pk infringes your copyright, you may send us a written notice containing:
- Your full name and contact information (address, email, and phone number);
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- The exact URL(s) of the material you claim is infringing;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Where to Send Notices
Please send DMCA notices through our Contact Us page. We review valid notices promptly.
3. Our Response
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the uploader where possible. Repeat infringers will have their access terminated.
4. Counter-Notices
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice including your name and contact details, identification of the removed material and its former URL, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts. We will restore the material where appropriate under the DMCA process.
5. Misuse of the Process
Please note that knowingly making false claims in a DMCA notice may lead to legal liability. Only submit notices for genuine copyright concerns.
